It will radically change our relationship with the world, bringing a societal and industrial transformation perhaps more important than electricity. The advance of technologies – storage, computation and algorithms – makes the spectrum of potential applications almost infinite. What are the business challenges within this universe of possibilities? What are the opportunities and risks associated with automation and customer intelligence, when Arago allows IT infrastructures to self-repair, automatically respond to user inquiries, collect and clean data; Or when the Chinese chatbot Xiaoi converses with 350 million users every day?
| Biography : Laurent DOUCET - After a very international (15 countries) and diversified career in 4 companies (in financial services, telecom and public services), Laurent is now working with Roland Berger on IT Digital subjects and AI & RPA business applications. | |
| Biography : Cyrille VINCEY - After a first experience in operational research (optimisation algorithms), then 11 years in anglo-saxon consulting firms, Cyrille founded a Data Science startup, which he sold to a London-based digital marketing company, where he was appointed Chief Data Officer. Cyrille and his Data Science team recently joined Roland Berger. |
