Chaired by Christian SAGUEZ, CYBELETECH

In the face of the great challenges (production, environment, natural resources) to which agriculture must face, simulation tools and big data provide essential innovations. A strong issue is particularly at all levels of the life cycle of the plant, have the items to ensure a production in quantity and quality according to the different needs of the actors of the transformation.

The purpose of this workshop was to make a precise point on various digital tools for modeling, simulation and learning by available data currently and illustrate their contributions through different sectors of the plant.

In this context, the presentations addressed especially two important areas: crops and orchards in presenting concrete examples to use.
