TERATEC 2011 FORUM, June 28 & 29, 2011

The 6th edition of the TERATEC Forum will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, June 28 & 29, 2011 at Ecole Polytechnique (91120 Palaiseau, France).

By bringing together the best international experts in high-performance computing and numerical design and simulation, the TERATEC Forum confirms their importance for companies' competitiveness and innovation capabilities. Last June, the TERATEC Forum brought together more than 700 people, underlining the economic and scientific vitality of HPC around major industrial and community stakes and the major role that France now plays in this field.

On Tuesday, June 28, the plenary sessions will illustrate the increasing impact of high performance computing in many industrial and research fields and its role in major scientific and technological challenges, with the participation of top international industrial users, leading providers of these technologies and key persons from the political, economic and academic worlds.

On Wednesday, June 29, the technical workshops will address major HPC themes. They will be the occasion to review the most important collaborative projects involving industry and research.

A large exhibition will present the products and innovations offered by the major HPC players: manufacturers and editors, suppliers and integrators of hardware, software and services solutions, universities and research laboratories, competitiveness clusters and public organisations, etc.
